• Room assignment subject to change to accommodate longer stays of other guests.

"No Breakfast" Discount: For any stay.

• Save $9/person per day

"Lite-Housekeeping" Discount: For multi-night stays

• Save $7/room per day during your stay
• Each day we replenish towels and empty wastebaskets, but do not make the bed, vacuum or refresh the bathroom.
• A $7 housekeeping charge applies to the last night of your stay
• Does NOT apply to 1-night stays or any stay the Victorian Apartment

Use of Lion and the Rose Gift Certificates

• Standards discounts apply for gift certificates issued by the Lion and the Rose for a fixed dollar amount

Use of Third-party Gift Certificates, Gift Cards or Travel Agents:

• From November through mid-March, use of third-party Gift Certificates/Cards (such as bedandbreakfast.com) are subject to a $10 per day service charge.
• When applicable, third-party Gift Certificates/Cards can be used up to a value of $500 per reservation.
• Special discounts (such as the Last Minute Rate) do NOT apply when using gift cards or gift certificates issued by third-parties (such as bedanbreakfast.com) or when reservations were made through travel agents or online reservation systems (such as hotels.com or Expedia)
