Check-in is by appointment.
- We do not operate a 24-hour Front Desk.
- Check-in is usually between 3pm and 6pm.
- You can schedule check-in as early as 11am and as late as 11pm.
- We ask that you phone us on the your day of arrival to re-confirm your check-in time. Our toll free number is: (800) 955-1647
- There is a $20 service charge for check-ins between 11pm and midnight.
- For first-time guests, we do not accept check-ins after midnight.
- For guests who have stayed with us before, we can give you instructions for a Key Code entry.
Also please Remember …
- No children under age 10 and a maximum of 2 guest per room unless you are staying in the Victorian Apartment.
- No smoking inside the Inn and (regrettably) no pets.
Check-out is usually by 11am
- Check-out can be extended to Noon with advance notice.
- After that you can store your bags and come and go until you are ready to depart.
All cancellations are subject to a $20 booking fee.
- Cancellation of bookings for 1 or 2 rooms for 1 or 2 nights require at least 7 days advance notice.
- Cancellation of bookings for 3 or more nights or 3 or more rooms require 30 days advance notice.
- Late cancellations will be charged unless the room can be rebooked.
To cancel a reservation:
- Please call us at (800) 955-1647.
- Also notify us in writing via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Please include the word “Cancellation” in the subject line of the e-mail.
- We will send you an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation.
- Important: Please call us if you do not receive an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours. Your reservation remains in effect until you receive a cancellation e-mail.
