Make yourself at home in this spacious 900 sq. ft. 3-room Garden Apartment -- the basement unit of a grand Victorian mansion listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
No need to drive. Enjoy a super convenient location in the historic Irvington neighborhood just 1.5 miles northeast of downtown. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, 18 movie screens and Oregon�s largest mall built around an indoor ice skating rink. 1 block to major bus lines. 6 blocks to the MAX light rail that takes you downtown for free.
Escape the ordinary. The apartment has its own private entrance a few stops down from our rose garden. While located in the basement, the unit has good daylight with five windows facing south. The unit has a "shabby chic" look accented with antiques. Two Queen size beds and a full-height air bed can sleep up to 6.

1-bedroom with 1 Queen-size bed: $124 - $174 per night depending on tme of year
Optional 2nd bedroom with 2nd Queen-size bed: Add $50 per night
3rd Queen-sie bed in optional 2nd bedroom: Add one time service carge of $30
Breakfast option: Add $10 per day per guest
Weekly rate: Stay 7 nights for the price of 6 nights
Add 12.5% Portland Lodging Tax to stays less than 1 month

- Cancellation of bookings for 3 or more nights or 3 or more rooms require 30 days advance notice.
- Late cancellations will be eligible for a refund only if rooms can be re-booked.
