Our Neighborhood – Irvington

In the early 1900’s, Irvington was Portland’s first streetcar suburb and is now the largest National Historic District in Oregon. Our guests enjoy both the amenities of city life and the appeal of quiet tree-lined residential streets — perfect for morning or evening strolls.

Just to our south – the Lloyd Center

Ralph B. Lloyd was a multimillionaire oilman from California who had as his vision the building of a planned city in the area of the Holladay Addition. He assembled the land and built the Lloyd Center in 1960, at the time the largest shopping mall in the world.
